New for 2020, Fine Wine & Good Spirits has updated its standard shipping policy to provide free shipping to home and business addresses in Pennsylvania on orders over $99 placed on FineWineAndGoodSpirits.comOpens In A New Window.

“The PLCB is committed to delivering an exceptional online shopping experience to consumers in terms of selection, value and convenience,” said PLCB Chairman Tim Holden. “The introduction of free shipping for orders over $99 makes it more cost-effective for consumers to easily access and order their favorite products online, every day, and have them shipped straight to their doors.”

In addition to free shipping to non-store addresses on orders over $99, FWGS.comOpens In A New Window now offers a flat shipping fee of $12 for up to three bottles and $2 for each additional bottle for delivery to store and non-store addresses in Pennsylvania.

To be eligible for free shipping, an order must total more than $99 before tax and must be sent to a non-FW&GS-store address in Pennsylvania. Multiple orders cannot be combined to satisfy the minimum order amount. Free shipping does not apply to Special Order items, Limited-Release Lottery items, wine futures, used barrels, or licensee purchases. Free shipping applies only to items currently in e-commerce inventory, while supplies last. An adult 21 years of age or older must be present at delivery to show a valid ID and sign for the purchase. The PLCB regulates the distribution of beverage alcohol in Pennsylvania, operates 600 wine and spirits stores statewide, and licenses 20,000 alcohol producers, retailers, and handlers.
