Chester Engineers will hold its 2013 Client Appreciation event that will feature Harley-Davidson's President & CEO Mr. Keith Wandell as part of the Chester Engineers Leadership Series in association with the African-American Leadership Institute. The event will take place on December 5, 2013 at the Chester Engineer's World Headquarters.
Mr. Wandell previously spoke to the group in October 2011 and returns again to share more on his leadership experiences and style.

Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer, Harley-Davidson, Inc.
Keith E. Wandell is Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Harley-Davidson, Inc., a position he has held since May, 2009, when he became the first CEO to be recruited from outside the company since 1981.
As head of the iconic motorcycle maker, Wandell has charted a new direction for Harley-Davidson through the development and implementation of a strategic plan based on the core tenets of growth, continuous improvement, leadership development and sustainability. Since late 2009, when the new strategy was Introduced, Harley-Davidson has moved rapidly to refocus resources on the Harley-Davidson brand, already one of the strongest in the world, and expand the company's global reach. These initiatives include major transformations underway in product development and manufacturing capabilities for even greater responsiveness in fulfilling the dreams of riders.
Wandell came to Harley-Davidson from Johnson Controls, Inc., a global manufacturer of automotive, power and building solutions, where he had been President and Chief Operating Officer since 2006. With expertise in international business matters and operations, particularly in manufacturing, he oversaw a broad network of best-in-class global manufacturing operations in the course of his 21-year career at Johnson Controls, a period marked by significant growth and innovation at the company.
In addition to serving on the board of directors of Harley-Davidson, Inc., Wandell is a member of the board of directors of Constellation Brands, a world leader in premium wines, and Dana Holding Corporation, a world leader in the supply of parts to off-road and commercial vehicle manufacturers. He holds a bachelors degree in Business Administration from Ohio University and an MBA from the University of Dayton.
Wandell is the proud owner of a 2013 110th Anniversary Screamin' Eagle Road Glide motorcycle, 2013 Screamin' Eagle Road Glide Custom motorcycle and 2011 Screamin' Eagle Street Glide motorcycle from Harley-Davidson's Custom Vehicle Operations as well as a 2009 Harley-Davidson Road King Classic motorcycle.

On March 28, 2011, Chester Engineers kicked off its first "CEO Leadership Series" at its Corporate World headquarters located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The series is designed to provide senior executives at Chester along with community leaders with an opportunity to connect one on one with some of the nation's leading CEO's up close and personal.
Mr. Agbede initiated the CEO Chief Executive Officers Leadership Series with the belief that it is essential for companies and organizations to find ways to uplift and educate their employees beyond their technical skills and abilities if they are going to effectively meet the challenges of the future. Tapping into the expertise and insight from leaders he considers are on the cutting edge of unleashing innovation and creativity while revitalizing their companies, Agbede says the purpose of the CEO Leadership Series is to develop future leaders worldwide.
